Nut Cottage was beautiful and well equipped - so comfortable for our family gathering. Location wise it was perfect - we loved the walks and it was 30 mins to almost everywhere we wanted to go… Weymouth, Bournemouth, Corfe Castle! Thank you for being such fab hosts

This is a beautiful little cottage and really well located. You're 1 min walk from a great pub and less than 10 min walk to the beach and all the cafés and restaurants there. At the same time, there are plenty of walks on your doorstep too. The cottage is perfectly kitted out with everything you need and immaculately clean. It's a shame there's no parking, but we had no problems parking where suggested (2-3 min walk up the road). Sam and Katie were excellent communicators and shared lots of recommendations. All in all we loved our stay and I'd definitely consider going back.

We had a fantastic stay in Nut Cottage, perfect location for walks and Lulworth Cove. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean, Sam and Katie were great at communicating and leaving us clean instructions where to park, how to access the property and about the local area. The biscuits, milk and Prosecco were a lovely touch. Great for a family Holiday.

Fab cottage with all we needed in it , I bought loads of stuff I didn’t need as the cottage is well equipped with everything you need !!! Sam and Katie gave us a fab list of local restaurants and things to do and nothing was to much for them even when I asked loads of questions!!! We will be back as the cottage is really homely !! Our autistic daughter loved it and the reason I say this is not all places are so accommodating and understanding!! We can thank them enough !!!! We stayed in the cottage for a weekend in February, a group of 3 friends. It was very cosy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the sitting room a good size with plenty of comfy seating. Spacious bathroom. Would stay again.

The cottage is beautiful! In such an amazing location, I feel like I stepped into a scene from 'The Holiday'! Durdle Door & Lulworth are stunning!

Nut Cottage was the perfect setting for a family get together, age range spanning 1-73. Very comfortable and well appointed and something for all ages. We all loved walks down to Lulworth Cove and coffees at the BoatShed cafe. Highly recommended! We would come again!

Sam and Katie were quick to respond to questions, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was lovely and local sites were within walking distance of the cottage. We liked that there were good foot paths from the cottage. The cottage itself was very comfy and had everything we needed. Sam and Katie’s cottage is a delightful place to stay. It’s nicely furnished, incredibly well equipped and has very comfortable beds! They were exceptional hosts, leaving lovely welcome goodies and providing plenty of ideas for eating out and activities.

We had a lovely weekend break, the home is lovely, charming and pristine and there was lots to do at Lulworth cove and durdle door and the sightseeing was stunning. Sam was very friendly and responsive and gave helpful information and advice.

A beautiful cottage, in the perfect location, pristine, excellently equipped, Sam and Katie were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. I could not fault them at all. The housekeeper Mel is also amazing and was super helpful. We will be back.

Very cozy little cottage in a beautiful surrounding. Sam and Katie were very helpful and responded quickly. Checked in every day to see if we had everything that we needed. Can highly recommend them as host if you are ever in the neighborhood.

Really quaint little cottage - thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We appreciated that there were books and dvd’s there already, ideally equipped for a rainy day! (Or week - thanks, unreliable British weather!) Also really thankful for the children’s adaptations like toddler loo seat in the drawer etc.

We loved the location as it is a beautiful place with access to walks and sea on the doorstep. Lulworth Cove is a busy place and a popular tourist destination. West Lulworth is just outside of this and it is a super peaceful place in the evenings with plenty of good pubs and restaurants. Thank you for your suggestions and ideas about what to do. We had a wonderful few days with gorgeous weather too. House is beautiful and couldn’t add anything that maybe needed. Thanks for sharing your home!

What a lovely cottage in a fabulous location! Sam and Katie were really helpful and the information left in the cottage was great. Parking was really easy - we found a space on the road just past the Castle Inn. Enjoyed a good meal at the Limestone Hotel. The lack of garden wasn't a problem at all - it's in such a great spot. We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Sam and Katie are very communicative and responsive to any messages. The cottage furnishings are to a high standard and it was incredibly clean and homely. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed linen and towels were to a high standard. To summarise the cottage is in league above the average Air bnb listing.

A very pleasant stay in the extremely quaint Nut Cottage. A terrific base for exploring Lulworth and the surrounding areas. Some great eateries within walking distance and plenty to keep the kids entertained nearby. A lovely part of the world and we’ll be back before too long!

Beautiful cottage in gorgeous West Lulworth. The radiator in the main bedroom stopped working on our second day, but I contacted Sam and by the time we got home that evening, they had brought in a free-standing replacement. Excellent communication, very comfortable sofas and beds. Small kitchen for the size of the cottage, but well equipped and perfectly functional! Couldn't really fault anything and would definitely recommend. Thank you so much for bringing the replacement radiator! Nut Cottage is beautiful and we had a wonderful stay.

We are a group of 4 close friends who were away on a girl's weekend. This was the perfect spot for our 4 day stay. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need. The coastline is beautiful, the town has some nice eateries. Overall a great stay!

Cosy, comfortable cottage perfectly located steps from the Castle Inn where the beer and food are excellent. A charming walk through the village takes you to Lulworth Cove, more places to eat and drink and some mammoth hills to climb for unbeatable scenery. Welcoming hosts who communicate very well and the cottage has everything you need. Just bring an extra sweater and sofa blankets if you are visiting during cold weather (the hosts provide a very good list in advance).

Sam and Katie were lovely hosts… very responsive, kind and helpful. We loved our family weekend in their sweet cottage. Such a great location in Lulworth cove, a short walk from the beach and opposite the Castle Inn pub. We will definitely return in the summer months :)

The cottage is lovely, bigger than it looks in the photos. We managed to get parked easily up the road. Communication was very good and check in easy. Lots of good walks locally, we walked to Lulworth cove and Durdle Door.

A perfect retreat, a short (10 minute) walk from Lulworth Cove and the beautiful coastal path. Quiet and cosy. Nut Cottage is a great base from which to explore Dorset and if you have small children, attractions like Monkey World and the Sea Life Centre (Weymouth) are short drives away. Ditto with a selection of decent gastro-pubs. There's no garden space but that didn't bother us. We visited in October and when it rains, the cupboards of books and board games come in handy too. All the info was accurate and thorough so we enjoyed exactly what we hoped for.

Cottage was clean and tidy. Well located for coastal walks and very near pub with good food. Hosts very helpful and responded quickly to minor problem.

Nut cottage is a lovely, comfortable property superbly located for a short walk down to Lulworth Cove, and just across the road from the local pub. The property has great facilities, including a wood fired stove, that was a welcome amenity in October. Sam and Katie were perfect hosts, very communicative and offered super helpful local tips.

We had a super time in this wonderful cottage!

The cottage is beautiful, immaculately and tastefully maintained. Very convenient to impressive Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, but far enough away to feel peaceful. Proximity to the charming and friendly Castle Inn made it tough to be adventurous, but we did manage the few hundred yards to The Limestone Hotel for another delicious meal. We don’t need to add more tips because Sam and Katie’s guide (and collection of local tourist brochures) is really comprehensive. We felt very well looked after. Mark and Karin.

Amazing and beautiful little cottage in an excellent location. Love the pub opposite, love the wander to lulworth - Sam and Katie have been wonderful and very communicative throughout. The cottage is exactly as described and we’ve had a great few days here. Highly recommend! It was all just perfect!

Charismatic, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Nut Cottage is right in the middle of West Lulworth with the beach, pubs and coastal trails just walking distance away. Sam and Katie are excellent hosts and provided an abduance of instructions and tips for our stay. We particularly enjoyed our two meals at Castle Inn and one at Sailor's Return, and glad we were advised to book them ahead of time. Both were completed booked and at the Castle Inn a regular stream of walk-ins had to turn away. We look forward to returning again.

Great location for accessing Lulworth Cove and other nearby attractions. It is an easy 15 minute stroll to the cove and there are a number of nice eating places within walking distance. We were a party of 5 adults and had plenty of room in the cottage, which is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were spacious with really comfortable beds. Downstairs there are 2 roomy reception rooms and a very well appointed kitchen. The communication from Sam and Katie was a great and informative. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great cottage in a great location!

We had such a lovely few days at the cottage. It is in the perfect location. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are within walking distance, there is a local shop nearby and the pub across the road does really good food, we ate dinner there twice. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed - the beds were so comfortable! Sam and Katie left us a few bits on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back!

We (family of 4) spent 3 nights at Nut Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, with great facilities. Its proximity to wonderful amenities & attractions (Coastal Pathway & beaches, Monkey World, Corfe Castle, plus lots of delicious restaurants) was amazing. Sam and Katie's communication and suggestions before and during our stay were very helpful and welcome. We look forward to staying at Nut Cottage again.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of West Lulworth, perfect location to visit many beautiful World Heritage locations as well as venture to Corfe Castle and Studland Bay. The cottage is so cosy and decorated with such wonderful attention to detail, such a treat to stay in a historic cottage with all the charm but a spacious and luxurious feel. All the equipment needed for a young family made it a stress free and relaxing break!

A wonderful Easter break at Nut Cottage. We loved all the homely touches, beautiful decor and superb location. We had an action packed 4 days visiting Lulworth Cove, Knoll Beach (Studland National Trust), a night time walk, Durdle Door and ending with a delicious dinner in a beach hut at the Castle Inn. Fabulous cottage, thank you. 

A cozy and lovely stay! Many local places to explore and have adventures. Lulworth Castle exceeded our expectations and was beautiful. Castle Inn is a great place for food. When going to Durdle Door there is a bit of hiking although there is no problem finding ice cream! 

Lovely, warm, attractive and spacious cottage within walking distance of Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Fossil Forest.

Fantastic stay at The Lulworth Cottage. The village &  cottage exceed expectations. The cottage is set in the idyllic village of Lulworth and is close to a variety of restaurants, pubs & cafes and the Cove, which is a short 10 minute walk away. Loved the cosy vibe of the cottage, which included a fireplace and a bath tub. A true escapism. Can't forget the super spacious Super King bed in the master bedroom. Great kitchen set up for a home cooked meal. Super fast Wifi allowed my husband to continue working whilst I enjoyed an ice cream on the beach. Can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic week here with our 3 young children. The place is even better than it appears in the photos. It’s such a lovely cottage with real character. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location is stunning and it’s just a short walk to lulworth cove and with lots of other family attractions easily accessible too. We would love to stay again sometime and we throughly recommend it

Such a lovely cottage, very clean and well looked after, we felt at home with the sofas and beds being so comfy (2 double rooms, third room has 2 single beds) There’s a hairdryer in every room so no need to take one. Everything you’d need in the kitchen with small fridge and separate freezer, also the coffee machine was a nice touch. The bed linen was white and had a new feel to it, as did the fluffy white towels. Lovely clean bathroom, great shower and roll top bath, the heated towel rail was very handy at drying our beach towels too. We enjoyed the large selection of books and games if you wish. We never had a problem parking, just past the pub up the road there was always a space. Great location, loved being able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, no need to use the car unless you wanted to explore other areas. We’d definitely stay again, a beautiful area of Dorset!

Great stay in a perfect location. We would recommend Lulworth Estate Parking Permit for one week at the Cove for stress free parking. Lovely places to eat and drink nearby - The Boat Shed, Finleys fish and chips, Dinners at The Lulworth Cove Inn and of course the pub over the road. The kitchen is perfect if you decide to self cater.

Definitely stay here!! Nut cottage is a beautiful tardis of a cottage. It is very comfortable and cosy and has everything you need for a great stay. We stayed in October half term and had a great week. The house is located in a great position to visit everything nice and easily. Plenty of things to see and do in the area. We will definitely stay here again if we’re planning on a Dorset holiday in the future. We loved it.

We had an amazing time in Nut Cottage, the location is perfect (only a 10 minute walk from Lulworth Cove!) the cottage is also amazing with comfy beds, a lovely fireplace and everything was nice and clean. We are already planning our next visit!

This is one of the best Airbnb places we have every stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot! Everything in this cottage is perfect. It is truly a home from home. Soft fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, the coffee machine was a plus, the power shower and claw foot bath with endless hot water, the dvd and book collection and the comfy sofas. We didn’t want to leave! Lulworth Cove is a short 10 minute walk away, and there are lots of excellent coastal walks nearby so you need never get in your car. Home Farm Shop is a short drive away and stocks excellent organic produce, definitely buy their frozen Danish pastries for a morning treat. The village is really peaceful, and we all had great nights sleep.

The location was perfect. There is no garden or parking, but we knew this before we arrived so it wasn't an issue. The bedrooms are very bright and spacious. The welcome pack was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this place.

The cottage was very spacious for 4 people and in a brilliant location for exploring the cove as well as attending a wedding at Lulworth Castle.

We have been going to West Lulworth for several years and love the location.
This is our first time in Nut Cottage. It was amazing... to get bubbly on arrival, some biscuits and milk after our long drive! What a lovely welcome. It was extremely clean, well appointed and furnished to a high standard. I remarked how comfortable the beds were as usually on holiday I get terrible sleep due to poor mattresses but not the case here. I couldn't recommend the cottage more. It is walking distance (for healthy folks) to everything and we didn't move our car once during the week! Wonderful stay. Five stars!

Nut Cottage was a beautifully decorated, well-equipped and comfortable place to spend a week.
In fact the interior was even nicer than the photos, which doesn't happen very often! We knew the cottage had no parking and no garden when we booked, we usually managed to find a space by the church, a few minutes' walk from the cottage. West Lulworth is a good base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast and the Isle of Purbeck.

I loved the welcome we received on arriving at the cottage, Mince pies, crackers, a Christmas tree and everything was just so perfect.
I would recommend visiting nut cottage to anyone.

Superb stay, cottage fantastic.
First visit to the area and very impressed with Lulworth and surrounding highlights. Best day out was the Tank Museum, best meal out The New Inn at Church Knowle, best Cream Tea at Moreton Tea Rooms, can't wait to come back!
